Eligibility:

Returns are eligible within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be in its original factory-sealed condition.

Return Process:

The customer must reach out to Modular Haven and obtain an RMA number to authorize the return.

The customer is responsible for paying Modular Haven for the shipping return fee.

A return fee will be applied in the amount of the original shipping charges incurred to get it delivered to the customers location.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received by the supplier.

Please note that the customer is liable for the product until it is returned to the supplier.

Open Units:

Returns are not eligible for open and or used units.

Open units will be subject to warranty support.
